To whom it may concern,

My mom has the deltadental USA CAA50 Senior Plan, she has gum graft on all four quadrants on her lower gums. Please advise how much the insurance will pay.

Thank you,
Patricia

IMy girl friend has a disabled unemployed son. He does not have dental insurance. I heard about the CAA55 plan from a friend at an unbelievable costs of $80./year. Does the PLAN COVER? Does it covered CROWNS, ROOT CANALS? HOW MUCH IS WOULD IT COST FOR CROWNS AND WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS in the crown...PORCELAIN? What would be the costs of the crowns and root canal?

I am almost 80 years old and I just became member of your company.
My Plan number is CAA50. When I read: Enrollee pays $10 - $450, does this mean
I could be paying $10 TO $450?
Also: you assigned me a doctor (Yamashita) Can I still choose another doctor)
I would like to go to: Concord Dental Arts (also on your list of Providers.)
It should be possible, since I haven't gone to either of them,
Please let me know. Thank you very much

MEDICOVERAGE AGENT RESPONSE
Willy,

Thank you for your questions! We don't see you in our system, you may enrolled directly with Delta Dental. However, I'm happy to answer your questions. The $10-450 would be different costs of services. You'll want to check your summary of benefits to see the exact cost of each service. As for changing your primary dentist, you'll want to contact Delta Dental directly. They should be able to switch you to another dentist. Hope this helps!
