| The Tonik 5000 plan comes with a built-in Anthem Blue Cross PPO dental maintenance plan. Basically checkups, cleanings and your innital x-rays are free. Vision does not require a copay or deductible. Tonik will reimburse you for $50 for routine eye exams, regular glasses, or contact lenses no matter where you go for these services. Want more? Tonik will also cover up to $100 for your glasses or $80 for contacts every two years when you use the BlueView Vision Network. In addition when you use the BlueView Vision network you will pay only $25 for most eyeglass lenses. With the BlueView Vision network, you can go to certain independent optometrist or stores like LensCrafters at the local mall.
