CURRENT MEMBERS:
The Smartsense Generic Rx 1500 POS plan by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia consists of a $1,500 annual deductible and an out-of-pocket limit of $4,500.  For Physician Office Services, members pay a $30 co-payment for the first 3 visits per calendar year. After 3 visits, once the deductible is met, members are responsible for 30% of the negotiated rate. This plan offers generic-only prescription drug coverage.
