CURRENT MEMBERS:
The annual deductible for the BCBS of GA Smartsense Full Rx 7500 POS plan is $7,500, with an out-of-pocket limit of $10,500. Coverage is provided for the first three doctor visits (per plan member) each calendar year before the deductible is met. This plan has a comprehensive prescription drug package, which includes both brand name and generic drugs.
