The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia Smartsense Full Rx 1500 POS plan offers peace of mind to insured members by providing coverage for standard hospital visits as well as emergency care. This plan contains a yearly deductible of $1,500, and an out-of-pocket maximum of $4,500. Coverage is provided for Preventative Care; this includes services such as physical exams, health screenings, and routine gynecological visits. This plan also offers comprehensive prescription drug coverage.
