The Smartsense plans, by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado, offer basic, reliable protection at some of the company’s lowest rates. The Smartsense Full Rx 5000 plan contains a $5,000 deductible, with a $7,500 out-of-pocket limit.  Anthem allows 3 doctor’s office visits with the deductible waived each calendar year at a $30 co-payment.  After 3 visits, and once the deductible has been met, members are responsible for 30% of the negotiated rate. This plan contains a comprehensive prescription drug package, which includes both generic and brand name drugs.
