If you are looking for most popular health insurance plan in California and want the lowest office visit copay, then look no further: The Anthem Blue Cross Tonik 5000 plan,  also known as the “Thrill Seeker” plan, is the one for you. While Tonik has been around since 2004, this plan was recently relaunched to comply with health care reform legislation.  The Tonik 5000 is the only Tonik plan available for purchase and is designed for those who want the protection of major medical insurance coverage, but don’t want to break the bank each month. Coverage is provided for individuals only (meaning each family member must complete a separate application).
