The Lumenos HSA plans by Anthem Blue Cross of California are designed to give members more control over their health care costs. Coverage for these plans are compatible with a Health Savings Account (HSA), which can be used for qualified medical expenses. The Lumenos HSA 5000 plan contains an annual deductible of $5,000, which also serves as the out-of-pocket maximum. Lifetime benefits for this plan are unlimited, and preventive services are covered by Anthem at no additional cost to the member. Anthem CA also covers 100% of the cost for office visits, professional and diagnostic services, as well as emergency room care. Prescription drug coverage includes both generic and brand name medications.
