The Lumenos HSA 5950 plan offers traditional health care benefits for individuals that can be paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA) for more flexibility and potential tax advantages. This plan features a $5,950 deductible, no coinsurance, and no lifetime maximum. Anthem CA covers 100% of the negotiated rate for preventive services before the deductible is met, and after the deductible is satisfied Anthem pays 100% for all medical services.
