Ohio UC Health to leave Anthem Network

UC Health of OHIO has chosen to leave Anthem’s network if a new contract is not reached before April 15, 2013.  This impacts all Anthem plans (including Blue Priority, Blue Preferred, Blue Access, Traditional and Medicare Advantage plans) for the following UC Health facilities and health care providers:

  University of Cincinnati Medical Center
  West Chester Hospital
  UC Health Surgical Hospital
  The Drake Center
  University of Cincinnati Physicians Company-associated multi-specialty physicians & surgeons
  University of Cincinnati Medical Center’s adult liver and simultaneous pancreas/kidney Blue Distinction Center for Transplant agreement
