I have to say that working with Medicoverage has been a very positive experience.  My son, Joshua had been assigned a high monthly premium by BC/BS. After speaking with [Agent] Eric about this unfair premium he advocated on behalf of Joshua. Eric didn’t just let it drop but pursued different avenues with BC/BS until he was able to get the problem resolved.  Joshua now has a preferred premium which was what we expected originally. 

I appreciate Eric’s persistence and am confident that he is someone we can rely on in the future.
