Virginia Healthcare Exchange: List of What You Need to Know Before Jan ‘14

There are 8 Million residents of the commonwealth of Virginia who will be affected by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (AKA ObamaCare or Healthcare Exchange). Will you be ready? We’ve listed the most important information to get you ready for the deadline.

ObamaCare for VA
1) All of Old Dominion’s residents must purchase federally approved health insurance or pay a penalty. There are few exemptions to the mandatory health insurance, such as if your income is so low that you do not file a tax return.
