Can I Stay on My Current Plan?

Usually. If you were issued a plan prior to March 23, 2010 you can stay on your current plan, which is called a grandfathered plan. If you purchased your plan after that date, you may renew certain plans for one more year until December 2014. Will I Be Able to Keep My Doctor with ObamaCare

Maybe. This all depends on if your current doctor is in your new network. So if you’re with Aetna and you switch to an Anthem Gold Plan, but your doctor doesn’t work with Anthem, then you would pay out of network costs. But if your doctor is within your network, absolutely.

Are the New Health Insurance Marketplace Plans, Government Plans?

No. These plans are federally regulated but through private companies. You will not be purchasing insurance through the government, however you will pay a penalty to the government if you don’t purchase health insurance with ObamaCare.
