* An Approved Application means that a Customer (a) properly completes an application, (b) manually or electronically signs the completed application, and (c) within thirty (30) days of the online submission, returns any and all forms fully executed accompanied by the first month's payment. Incomplete applications or applications that are not approved by an insurance provider for any reason are not considered Approved Applications and will not be eligible for referral fees.
